Chef Instructor

Daleiny Emmanuelli is the Chef Instructor at Little Chef Academy, where she brings her lifelong passion for food to life. From a young age, Daleiny was captivated by the art of transforming simple ingredients into culinary masterpieces that bring people together and celebrate diverse cultures.

Eager to deepen her knowledge, she pursued her culinary education at Second Harvest Culinary School, where her love for cooking evolved into a true vocation. Fascinated by herbs, spices, and global cuisines, Daleiny inspires her students to explore the beauty of food while equipping them with the skills to create delicious and nutritious meals.

Daleiny’s mission is to instill a love for cooking in her students, helping them build confidence and lasting memories in the kitchen.

Course Description

Cooking lessons for beginners

The Little Chef Academy is a one-of-a-kind culinary program designed to spark creativity and expand children’s imaginations. Through hands-on experiences, we inspire curiosity as students prepare and taste new dishes alongside their peers.

Our dedicated instructor instill a love for cooking while teaching essential skills like knife techniques, proper food handling, and safe kitchen practices. Each week, students embark on a culinary journey around the world, exploring a different country and creating authentic dishes. By the end of every class, they’ll have prepared both a delicious dinner and a dessert, building confidence and fostering a lifelong passion for the culinary arts.
